RULE 2: Eliminate Numbers with Only LOW or Only HIGH Digits!

The chance for a PICK 3 number in which every digit is LOW (a digit between 0 and 4) is only 1 out of 8. Only every eighth drawing (on the average) has only LOW digits.

From the thousand possible combinations only 125 have only LOW digits. In percentage that means that only 12.5% of all PICK 3 results have low numbers.

The same odds refer to PICK 3 numbers with only HIGH digits (digits between 5 and 9). Only every 8^th drawing (statistically) has a number that consists only of HIGH digits.

Just like the LOW digits, only 125 out of the 1000 possible combinations have numbers with HIGH digits, or 12.5 percent.

Combined together, only HIGH digit numbers and only LOW digit numbers account for only 25 percent of all drawings. In 75% of all cases, or in 3 out of 4 drawings, the PICK 3 result contains HGH and LOW numbers combined.

Only by using RULE No. 1 you eliminate 25 % of all numbers from your WINNING number pick list.

In 3 out of 4 games your chances are 1:750 instead of 1:1000 for a STRAIGHT BET. And this is only the beginning.

Combining the two fist two rules results in 60% of the cases or in other words, a chance of 1: 600. That is what counts, getting the odds better for you to have a winning combination.

The next table contains the result of combining those two rules. From the 120 Basic Winning Numbers it minimizes the number of choices to only 100 Winning Numbers.
